{"id":19364709,"date":"2023-05-23T08:01:38","date_gmt":"2023-05-23T08:01:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.andyemler.eu\/no-rush-in-musiczine\/"},"modified":"2023-05-23T08:01:39","modified_gmt":"2023-05-23T08:01:39","slug":"no-rush-in-musiczine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.andyemler.eu\/en\/no-rush-in-musiczine\/","title":{"rendered":"No Rush ! in Musiczine"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u2018No Rush\u2019 is de negende studio-opname van MegaOctet, een kleine bigband van negen muzikanten, in de vorm van een buitengewone alchemie en geluidslaboratorium.<br\/><em>\u2018No Rush&#8230; Laten we onze tijd nemen, laten we luisteren, laten we componeren\u2019, lezen we. <\/em>Voor Andy Emler was het moment van intense eenzaamheid de aanleiding om te luisteren naar muziek uit de 20e eeuw (Arnold Schoenberg, Witold Lutoslawsky, Gy\u00f6rgy Ligeti, Maurice Ohana, Philippe Manoury, Tristan Murail, Bernard Cavanna, enz.) om vervolgens te beginnen aan een intense schrijffase.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Ouv&#8217; la case\u201d is een kleurrijke song die alle kanten uitgaat. We horen instrumentale pracht, bol van fijne, gemoedelijke en aanstekelijke adrenalinestoten . Intieme en energieke uitspattingen en uiteenlopende emoties. Wat een prikkelverwerking. En toch \u2026&#8217;No Rush&#8217; blijft de rode draad.<\/p>\n\n<p>De plaat is toch wel iets bijzonders, en tekent voor een mooie, sprookjesachtige totaalbeleving. De titelsong \u201cNo Rush\u201d is letterlijk een onthaastingsnummer, genieten van wat er rondom ons gebeurt, stilstaan bij onszelf en het mooie van de omgeving.<br\/>Deze boodschap zet hij verder op een \u201cThink or sink\u201d, \u201cThree thoughts for two\u201d en op andere parels op deze plaat.<br\/>Elk van de muzikanten krijgen ruimte te improviseren en gaan niet voorbij aan het geheel.
