The friendly encounter between<\/span> Andy Emler<\/strong> and<\/span> Laurent Dehors<\/strong> has produced music that moves between writing and<\/span> improvisation<\/strong> at the highest<\/span><\/p>\n

From repetitive music to<\/span> modern jazz,<\/strong> from rock<\/span> energy to<\/strong> contemporary<\/span> music<\/strong>The influences are many, and the result is full of surprises. Ballads and grooves intertwine, enriched by the multiple sonorities of the<\/span>organ<\/strong> and the<\/span> clarinets<\/strong>,<\/span> saxophones<\/strong> and other<\/span> horns<\/strong> of Laurent Dehors.<\/span><\/p>\n

too festive to be just a conventional mini jazz big band, and too virtuoso,<\/p>\n

Andy Emler is a ‘drummer’ of multiple aesthetics, coupled with a singular, surprising and playful composer. A pleasure-sharer, he is accompanied by a tribe of talented acrobats and inspired improvisers, whom he showcases individually within a homogeneous orchestra bursting with energy, which, like other friendly projects, plays what its leader calls “lively European music from the beginning of the century”.<\/p>\n
